Sell Farmers Personal Lines and Business Lines insurance policies. Maintain a full-time office schedule (MondayFriday, 9 AM6 PM). Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with bonus opportunities for high performance. Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow-up. Accurately document and track sales performance in agency systems. Requirement
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment. Goal-driven and able to thrive under performance metrics.
