Job Description $64,000 per year target earnings
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on performance and eligibility)
Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Although you will start as a Route Sales Representative for FritoLay, we invest in helping you grow with us. This role can open doors to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members
Run routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
Achieve a route with set days off/schedule with time
Work in a fun, fast‑paced, physical environment
We operate 24 hours a day, so the schedule can vary. Team members often work weekends and holidays. The job is physically demanding—you will be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
Minimum Qualifications
21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
