Senior Welder -
$35-$40/hour based on experience, plus guaranteed overtime and second shift bonus option
LPG Ventures is hiring an experienced Senior Welder to lead our shop floor. If you've built a career in heavy fabrication and ASME code welding and you're ready to lead a crew, this job is for you. This is steady, hands-on work with guaranteed overtime and room to earn more.
What you'll do: Lead a team of welders in a busy ASME code shop. We manufacture pressure vessels, skids, portable storage tanks, and similar vessels, and we perform code welding on both new and existing ASME vessels. We hold an ASME "U" stamp and an NBIC "R" stamp, so the work is demanding, varied, and built to a high standard.
What we're looking for: 7-10 years of heavy fabrication and/or ASME code welding experience A track record of leading other welders Proficiency in GMAW and FCAW Ability to pass a 6G weld test SAW experience is a plus What we offer: $35-$40/hour based on experience Guaranteed 10 hours of overtime every week Optional Saturday shift for additional pay Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and PTO IRA matching and bonus eligibility
