The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; maintain accountability during and after purchase. Monitor competition and maintain awareness of competitor advertisements and services. Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required. Benefits

Competitive pay range of $59,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Application Deadline
