An Ollie's retail store manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire store. They build and lead Associate teams passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role is for those looking to advance in their retail management career at one of the Top 10 fastest growing US retailers.

Primary Responsibilities include financial oversight, exceptional associate and customer service, executing company strategies, talent development, and maintaining store security.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
