Review customer inquiry documents to determine Neway product selection based on customer requirements and specification Collaborate with engineering and NVNA management as needed Prepare documentation related to exceptions or deviation Prepare detailed and complete quotation bid packages based on customer requirements and specifications within prescribed deadline Review and compare purchase orders for accuracy and completeness against quotation parameters prior to order entry by Distribution Sales Specialists Provide written correspondence and oral communication with customers, NVNA staff, and HQ factory personnel to obtain information and promote clear understanding of quotation and purchase order requirement Manage full-cycle quotation and purchase order communication process, including internal (NVNA and HQ factory) and external customer correspondence, face-to-face meetings, quotation clarification, revisions, issues resolution, etc. to ensure agreement with requirement Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, HQ factory and internal NVNA personnel to promote confidence in the Neway organization and to deliver a consistent high level of customer service Maintain current knowledge of Neway products, procedures and specifications, and keep current with industry development
