Take full ownership of long‑term mass‑production cooperation with top North American EV manufacturers. Lead RFQ quotation and tender bidding for clients’ newly constructed production facilities launching in 2027. Manage daily client communication, lead commercial negotiations, review contract terms and oversee full‑cycle order execution end-to-end. Address all types of client operational abnormal issues, including insulated tank temperature fluctuations, shipping schedule adjustments, port relocation, quality claims, detention and storage surcharges. Establish unified external response standards for clients, and coordinate internal QA, logistics and R&D teams to resolve all incidents efficiently. Provide full commercial support for mass production ramp‑up projects at newly built battery manufacturing bases in North America. Track pre‑production readiness progress, oversee mass order fulfillment, organize client factory tours and executive‑level reception activities. Back up commercial operations for other newly scaled battery manufacturers in North America as required. Complete quotation drafting, contract preliminary review and payment collection for all managed strategic clients. Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Supply Chain teams to unify internal commercial standards; master quotation calculation based on three international trade terms: DAP, FOB and DDP. Maintain long‑term strategic partnerships with senior management of core manufacturing clients. Identify incremental business opportunities including production capacity expansion, new material qualification and additional production line cooperation. Continuously explore and develop new EV and battery manufacturing clients across North America. Track order delivery progress and payment collection status for all core strategic clients; monitor response timelines of cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, QA, R&D and external manufacturing partners. Record coordination delays and inconsistent communication issues, and elevate risks to department leadership in a timely manner. Propose optimization plans covering client cooperation risks, contract liability clauses, PPAP/SOP project standards and internal cross‑team collaboration workflows. Working Authority
Decision Right: Independently arrange client communication frequency, on‑site visit schedules and meeting agendas; formulate emergency response plans for order delivery deviations and unexpected customer incidents on demand. Review Right: Approve quotations within standard pricing ranges (pricing beyond standard scope must be escalated to US Business Lead for approval); conduct preliminary review of contract terms (core financial and legal clauses require secondary review by Finance and Legal teams); audit compliance and completeness of after‑sales solutions and client documents. Supervision Right: Monitor order delivery and payment collection progress, supervise cross‑team response efficiency, and report workflow bottlenecks to management. Suggestion Right: Put forward proposals for client expansion planning, cooperation risk control, major contract term optimization and internal process upgrades; provide escalation recommendations for high‑priority customer risk events. What We Expect From You
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Marketing, Business Administration or MBA are preferred. Minimum 5 years of B2B key account sales and full‑cycle account management experience; candidates with background serving EV, lithium battery, fine chemical or automotive OEM clients are highly preferred. Mandatory requirement: Hold valid US Green Card or US Citizenship. Core Skills & Competencies: Fluent bilingual proficiency in oral and written English & Chinese, capable of independently conducting high‑level commercial negotiations with North American client executives. In‑depth understanding of North American automotive and battery industry commercial standards, including Incoterms (DAP/FOB/DDP), PPAP, SOP, 8D/RCA, NDA and standard international lithium battery material contract frameworks. Skilled in Excel, PPT, Outlook and CRM sales management systems. Strong cross‑timezone collaboration ability to align with China headquarters teams; capable of managing multiple parallel delivery projects under high pressure, with availability to respond to emergency client requests after working hours and on‑call support 24/7. Customer‑oriented mindset, excellent cross‑department coordination and complex problem‑solving capabilities. Preferred Experience & Certifications
Hands‑on account management experience serving mainstream North American EV brands and lithium battery manufacturers. In‑depth familiarity with the lithium battery supply chain covering electrolyte, lithium salts and functional additives. Previous experience coordinating North America regional logistics and end‑to‑end supply chain operations. PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt or other professional project management certifications are considered a plus.
