Lead generation and prospecting, maintaining a minimum of 1‑2 hours of prospecting each day. Obtain referrals from families served and build community and civic relationships. Present and explain services to families and prospects, maintaining a professional and compassionate approach. Track activity levels to ensure daily productivity and continuity of service. Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging referrals. Prepare for appointments and perform all procedures with professionalism and attention to detail. Follow up on customer problems and requests, ensuring timely and respectful resolution. Work collaboratively with funeral directors, location managers, and other service staff to provide seamless, high‑quality service from at‑need to aftercare. Share relevant family concerns with the Service Corporation International (SCI) team to support current and future needs. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; 1‑2 years of college or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1‑2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred. Valid current state/province driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Insurance license if required by state or province law. Must pass the company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally up to 12‑hour shifts. Ability to travel frequently by car. Empathy, respect, and strong interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and customer‑service skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Annual salary range: $75,000 to $100,000, based on a commission‑based incentive structure. In subsequent years, earnings typically range from $100,000 to $150,000 or more, depending on performance and location. The total compensation plan includes a minimum of $17.81 per hour for all hours worked. Benefits
