We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to grow our customer base and own the full sales cycle.
What You'll Do Identify, prospect, and win new OEM and distributor accounts that outsource precision turned components Manage and grow relationships with existing customers Quote and follow up on RFQs in coordination with our estimating and production teams Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; track activity and forecast accurately Represent Kaas at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events Work cross-functionally with engineering and quality to ensure customer requirements are met Develop and execute a territory and account growth strategy
What You'll Bring Industrial sales experience is required
— 3+ years of B2B sales in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical products environment, selling to OEMs, distributors, or contract manufacturers CNC machining or similar experience is preferred
— familiarity with precision machining, Swiss turning, CNC turning, or contract manufacturing will help you ramp quickly Working knowledge of machining processes, prints, and tolerances (GD&T a strong plus) Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfort reading customer drawings and understanding technical requirements Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits as needed
What We Offer Base salary of $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission
