Capture and convert online customer inquiries into viable sales prospects. Provide prompt and effective communication via email, live chat, phone, and 1‑800 numbers. Maintain and update digital and community reference materials. Guide customers through the sales process, providing information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives. Manage an Internet customer database, including outreach for available homes and inventory. Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronic marketing distribution and maintain up-to-date product and community offerings. Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs. Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations. Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. The role may require the ability to work more than eight hours per day in confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment that may exceed 50 pounds, and occasionally operate construction equipment. Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation ranges from $12.57 to $24 per hour, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and location. The position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions. Benefits per company policy include health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match up to 5%, paid parental leave, an associate assistance plan, education assistance, adoption assistance up to $30,000, up to three weeks of vacation annually, holiday, sick leave, personal days, a new hire referral bonus, home purchase discounts, and other company‑provided benefits.
