Pay Range Hourly Pay Range: $58.50 - $90.68. Position Details Location: Skokie, IL or Warrenville, IL or Arlington Heights, IL. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Hybrid position; local travel to corporate sites required as needed. Job Summary As the Manager of IT Applications for the Epic Radiant team at Endeavor Health, you will lead the development, testing, configuration, optimization and implementation of solutions specific to Epic Radiant modules. Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and lead teams for high‑performance outcomes. Provide support and guidance for solution implementation including planning, technical set‑up, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing and support. Establish relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business and user needs, identifying business requirements to guide specifications. Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with stakeholders on priority and workload. Develop strong partnerships with fellow leaders to identify synergies and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with vendors to ensure systems and solutions meet or exceed Endeavor Health needs. Contribute to Capital and Operating budgets, policy and procedure development and adherence, talent management and acquisition, governance activities, and other duties as assigned. Remain updated on the latest technologies and promote implementation of relevant technologies. Participate in industry‑related organizations, such as HIMSS, CHIME, Epic UGM/XGM, VMWare World, as appropriate. Collaborate across functional components led by other leaders and ensure overlaps and touchpoints are seamless, effective and efficient, achieving measurable outcomes. Manage service delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance and enhancement tickets raised by end users for assigned applications. Participate in contract negotiation. Enforce data governance and security policies and procedures to maintain data quality, consistency and confidentiality. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Certification: Epic Radiant (required). Experience: Three (3) or more years managing processes, applications or systems in a healthcare setting or related industry. Leadership experience: Two (2) or more years. Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices. Ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently. Strong domain knowledge and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, lead and implement initiatives. Personal and ethical accountability. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking for problem solving and issue resolution. Curious, out‑of‑the‑box thinking and innovative.
