Responsibilities
Under general direction of the Information Technology Manager I and in collaboration with the Business Taxes Administrator III of the field office, plans, organizes, and directs the work of information technology field support staff located in Northern California, Houston, Chicago, and New York.
Supervises daily staff work to ensure workload completion.
Identifies, documents, and monitors defined service levels and performance management standards.
Ensures compliance with project management standards.
Develops scopes of work and participates in vendor/product solution evaluation and selection.
Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
Telework and Travel Requirements
Under Government Code 14200, the position may be eligible for partial telework for California residents; all telework/hybrid schedules require reporting to the office a minimum number of days per week.
Travel required up to 25% of the time.
Special Requirements
Position participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with Form I-9 information to confirm authorization to work in the U.S.
Employee must be fingerprinted and successfully pass a background investigation.
