Non-exempt, FTYR Hourly Summary
Support the Sales, Catering & Conference Services, and Marketing teams through all stages of the sales and event process—from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. This role serves as a key administrative and coordination resource, interacting with all resort departments and clients. Key Responsibilities
Provide primary administrative support for the Sales Department; secondary support for Catering, Conference Services, and Marketing teams. Manage high call volumes and respond to general inquiries via phone and email. Qualify incoming leads and direct to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate records in Amadeus (Salesforce) and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Associate Director of Sales. Assist with contracts, proposals, group resumes, banquet event orders, invoices, and client communication materials. Coordinate VIP requests, group amenities, reservation forms, and event logistics. Support trade show preparation, off-property errands, and special projects. Perform general clerical duties (typing, filing, scanning, etc.) and maintain office supplies and equipment. Greet and assist guests, conduct site tours, and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Promote resort sustainability initiatives and share the Sundance environmental story. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with professionalism and strong communication. Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or administration. 1–2 years in a related role; hospitality background preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 40+ WPM typing speed. Familiarity with Amadeus (Salesforce) and StayNTouch a plus, but not required. Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs and work in varying physical conditions. Work Environment
Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. Moderate noise levels. Employee is expected to work on site at Sundance Mountain Resort to meet with clients, attend in-person meetings, etc. Benefits
