Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Garland, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with prospects and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products or solutions, and negotiating pricing within established guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery, as well as updating the CRM or internal systems with current account information and sales activity. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with other team members to meet sales targets, support customer satisfaction goals, and identify opportunities for additional business.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to handle inquiries, prepare quotes, and close orders.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a professional, responsive approach to communication.
Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
Account Management skills, including maintaining relationships, monitoring ongoing needs, and driving repeat business.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Comfort using CRM or sales management tools, as well as basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and office software.
Ability to work on-site in Garland, TX, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or metal distribution sales is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training in business or sales is a plus.
Bilingual English–Spanish is a strong plus
