Responsibilities Join a team of dynamic Sales Managers who are the driving force behind hotel revenue generation. Your role will involve actively seeking new business, negotiating contracts, and exceeding client expectations through innovative sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and client needs to secure new business.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue goals.
Build lasting relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.
Promote loyalty programs and special packages to enhance guest experience.
Ensure seamless communication with all hotel departments.
Your Profile Experience & Education:
2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Preferably, a 4-year degree in hospitality management or sales.
Communication Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in the primary language used in the workplace.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable with extended desk work and occasional standing and walking.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
