Luxor Staffing is hiring a
MIG/Flux Core Welder
pays up to $25 per hour 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! Job duties: Set up welding equipment, including electrodes, cables, and power supply Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) Maintain proper arc, speed, and weld quality Inspect welds and apply filler materials as needed Clean, prep, and position materials for welding Repair parts, fill gaps, and remove excess weld material Preheat materials and tack assemblies as required Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks Requirements: 2+ years of fabrication or welding experience Strong knowledge of metal/steel fabrication Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organization skills Company Description Luxor Staffing offers a corporate staffing experience, yet we provide the hands-on service normally expected only from a small, locally-owned firm.
