Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance Check and change residents every two hours Engage with residents through conversation, activities, and companionship to promote their emotional well-being and quality of life Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, bed making, and maintaining resident rooms Ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and safety at all times Assist with medication administration and work the medication cart when needed (CMA only) Complete required documentation accurately and timely Follow all facility policies and procedures Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude Assist during mealtimes, and other duties.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Current Oklahoma CNA or CMA certification Current CPR and First Aid certification Dependable, professional, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as a team while providing excellent resident care Arriving on time for schedudled shifts
