Ability to decompose complex initiatives into distinct workstreams, and to partner with cross‑functional teams (including Product Managers, Risk and Technology Partners, Legal Counsel, and Operations Team Members) to drive progress and deliver outcomes. Demonstrated ability to obtain alignment across cross‑functional teams. Ability to identify gaps or risks in the delivery process, and comfortable with highlighting potential blockers to cross‑functional teams and leadership. Familiarity with product and project management principles. Prior experience within financial services, specifically with exposure to risk, compliance, and regulatory concepts. Willing to work Hybrid.
