About the Role
The role lives at the intersection of business strategy, system design, and data analytics. This position acts as the analytical engine driving revenue operations, ensuring that the technology stack, business processes, and commercial data structures are fully aligned to support rapid scaling. Working closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, the role is responsible for diagnosing operational bottlenecks, mapping complex business processes, and building the reporting infrastructure needed to guide executive decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators including ARR, pipeline velocity, and customer acquisition costs Own the administration, data hygiene, and workflow automation within CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to optimize the lead‑to‑opportunity lifecycle Conduct deep‑dive statistical analyses on commercial datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, churn risks, and cross‑sell opportunities Map and document end‑to‑end business processes, identifying inefficiencies and partnering with engineering teams to automate manual workflows Lead requirements‑gathering sessions with cross‑functional business stakeholders and translate complex operational needs into clear technical specifications Collaborate with data engineering teams to design robust data models and schemas that support scalable enterprise business intelligence reporting What We Are Looking For
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst within a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment Advanced SQL proficiency for querying, data manipulation, and building complex relational joins across multiple data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift Hands‑on administrative experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including custom objects, validation rules, flow builder, and reporting structures Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise‑grade dashboards in BI tools, specifically Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201), experience with Python or R for data analysis, or familiarity with dbt (data build tool)
