Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Sales Manager located in Lakewood, NJ. The Sales Manager will oversee and direct the sales strategy, manage a team of sales representatives, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
Strong skills in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Analytics tools
Leadership and Team Management experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience in the kitchenware or retail industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Ability to work on‑site in Lakewood, NJ and occasionally travel to meet clients or attend conferences
