We are continuing to expand our Inside Sales team in Dublin, Ohio and are looking for motivated, coachable sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and succeeding in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
This is an in-office, outbound sales role with strong coaching, clear expectations, visible performance metrics, and significant earning potential for high performers.

Representatives receive ongoing coaching, call feedback, sales training, and development support designed to help them strengthen consultative sales skills and grow professionally. High performers have opportunities to advance into senior sales, training, and leadership positions.
About the Role This is a proactive outbound sales position based in our Dublin, Ohio office. Representatives are responsible for developing new customer relationships, managing sales opportunities, and supporting existing library customers through consultative conversations and consistent follow-through.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making outbound calls, and wants to develop professionally within a structured sales organization.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new customer relationships with schools and libraries
Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities
Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate business
Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for expansion
Learn customer needs and recommend subscription solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans
Participate in coaching, training, and team collaboration
Contribute to a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales, customer-facing, or relationship management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment
Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset
Ability to stay organized and follow through consistently
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools is a plus
Interest in consultative outbound sales
Schedule Options (In-Office)
Mon–Thu: two days 8AM–5PM and two days 10AM–7PM; Fri: 8AM–5PM
Mon–Thu: 10AM–7PM; Fri: 8AM–5PM
Mon–Fri: 8AM–5PM
Schedules are designed to support outreach across multiple time zones.
Travel: Up to 10% for conferences and events.
$48,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. On-target earnings are approximately $100,000 annually, with top performers regularly exceeding $150,000.
