Requirements
Minimum 4 years in electronics manufacturing (preferred)
Minimum 4 years in quality system maintenance
Excellent ISO quality system knowledge
Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610 and J‑STD‑001 standards
Understanding of full production processes (from Incoming to Packing)
Job Description
Plan and coordinate work within the QA Department/Areas, including internal audits, out‑of‑box audits, vendor audits, final inspections, and incoming inspections.
Monitors and ensures efficient staging and flow of material, assemblies, parts, and paperwork throughout the QA process.
Manage all quality issues from the customer, supplier, and quality management system.
Set up a system to supervise and evaluate the manpower in charge for the growing QA department.
Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits and verification procedures, and monitoring inventories.
Make a training and retraining program for employees. Perform analysis of training needs, schedule required training, and conduct training where appropriate.
Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors to ensure production and quality goals are met.
Conduct training to build quality awareness.

Good English skills (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
Excellent computer skills (Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, Internet)
Ability to work flexibly and under high pressure
Strong quality management skills
Strong communication skills – listening, verbal, written and presentation
Strong problem‑solving and analytical reasoning skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
