Assist patients/residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation. Assist with feeding and encourage proper hydration and nutrition. Provide incontinent care while maintaining patient dignity and comfort. Make beds and maintain clean, safe, and organized patient rooms. Clinical Support
Measure and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and oxygen saturation. Observe, document, and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transportation as needed. Safety & Compliance
Follow infection control procedures and patient safety protocols. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Adhere to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards of care. Required Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required. Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of Certified Nursing Assistant experience required. Skills & Competencies
Strong patient care and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Excellent observation and reporting abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
