Launch your career in consulting operations, supporting client engagements, building repeatable systems, and learning how great delivery actually happens.
At LABUR we believe rewarding and successful careers can begin from any role. It’s what you do once you are in the seat that defines your path. This role sits at the center of our client work. Supporting live engagements, strengthening the systems behind them, and learning how high-quality delivery is executed day in and day out. There’s no single “right” background. We’ve seen people succeed here from business and economics, athletics, hospitality, psychology, the arts, and more. What matters is a strong sense of ownership, comfort with detail, and a genuine interest in helping teams operate better.
This role is intentionally built as a foundation. Our founder started in a similar coordination seat. Earning trust through consistency, tightening operations, and continuously improving how work gets done. That early exposure became the base for leadership in recruiting, talent operations, client delivery, and ultimately the creation of LABUR.
About LABUR LABUR helps clients execute—by building the teams, processes, and operational discipline that keep engagements on track. We’re detail‑driven, standards‑oriented, and serious about doing the basics exceptionally well.
