Bayside Marin Treatment Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Clinical Services to lead and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality mental health care. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered treatment environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting individuals on their mental health and recovery journeys. This position plays a key role in guiding clinical staff, maintaining program excellence, and driving positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in mental health
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Experience implementing ASAM
- Sunday through Thursday
- Flexible working hours
- Salary range: $78,434 $109,807 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Essential functions include providing oversight and support to all clinical operations, developing and implementing behavioral health processes, and representing the company at community meetings. Other functions may include performing additional tasks as assigned.
Education/experience/skill requirements include a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or psychiatric nursing, five or more years' experience in behavioral health services, three or more years' supervision experience, and management or administration experience.
Licenses/designations/certifications required include meeting DWMHA credentialing requirements, possessing a full license in one of the following disciplines: LLP/LP, LPC, LMSW, NP/RN, CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification, and first aid based on state or facility.
