Physical Therapy Assistant

We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehab SNF team. We're looking for a driven, caring, passionate individual to join our talented therapy team.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapy Assistant include:

• Treatment of Residents
• Maintaining timely clinical documentation and billing of Physical Therapy services provided
• Effectively communicates with residents, families and facility staff
• Completes all specific duties related to resident care, record keeping, education, compliance and efficiency.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements:

• Must be a Physical Therapy Assistant in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to LTC/SNF setting and geriatric population
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
