We are partnering with our client, a manufacturer of Motor Controls, Soft Starters, and Variable Frequency Drives, to identify a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Midwest.
This is a high visibility role with approximately $1M in established revenue and significant upside opportunity across a fast developing territory.
Key Responsibilities
Expand relationships with Distributors, OEMs, Panel Shops, Key Accounts, and End Users
Identify and close new business while strengthening existing partnerships
Leverage industry relationships to accelerate market penetration
Manage a multi state territory with approximately 50 percent travel
Ideal Background
Experience selling Soft Starters, Motor Controls, or Low and Medium Voltage Drives
Proven track record growing revenue in a defined geographic territory
Strong commercial acumen and ability to call at multiple organizational levels
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred
Home office based near a major airport within the territory
