Now, we’re looking for a motivated individual to help us discover our next big brand partnerships while supporting our production pipeline.
The Role: What You’ll Do This role sits at the intersection of business growth and creative execution. We are looking for a
Growth Hunter
who can blend strategic research with authentic human connection to fill our calendar with high-value appointments, while staying flexible enough to help out where the action happens.
You will be the engine of our outbound strategy and a key support asset for the studio.
Targeted Research:
Identify, vet, and target ideal brands and decision-makers who need our full-service video production services.
The Multi-Channel Hustle:
Conduct outbound phone calls, craft compelling emails, and engage authentically on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to book high-quality appointments.
Client Cultivation:
Direct contact and consistent follow-up with prospective clients, guiding them from introduction to booked meeting.
Production Support:
When you aren’t crushing sales targets, you’ll wear multiple hats. You must be flexible and ready to assist the team with various functions both
in-studio
and
on-location
during shoots.
What We Are Looking For (Ideal Experience)
2 Years of Experience:
A background in customer service, social media management, or working within a video/media production environment.
Fearless Communicator:
You actually enjoy picking up the phone, writing engaging copy, and sliding into professional DMs to build relationships.
CRM Familiarity:
Experience tracking leads in a CRM is a major plus (if not, you must be a quick learner).
Team Player & Adaptable:
You thrive in a dynamic, creative environment and are eager to learn the ins and outs of both the business and creative sides of video production.
Requirements Please note: Because this role requires occasional travel to locations and hands-on studio assistance, the following are non-negotiable:
Must have a
clean driving record .
Passing a
drug screen
and
background check
is required upon hire.
Compensation & Perks
Base Pay:
$17.50 / hour
Plus:
Aggressive bonus structure and uncapped commission on closed deals.
