Key Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell Moldex3D Product/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach potential customers through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports on salesforce
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2+ years in sales experience in this or closely related field like CAE/CAD/CAM software, or plastics injection molding industry
Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Highly self‑motivated, with natural ability to work independently, but a great team player
