We are hiring a
Sales Support Specialist
to support a highly regulated sample program and help ensure day-to-day operations are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
This role is a strong fit for someone with a background in sales support, customer service, order management, and cross‑functional operations, especially in a regulated environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as Compliance, IT, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Legal, as well as third‑party partners, to support sample accountability, order processes, reporting, and field team changes.
What You’ll Do
Support daily operations tied to the sample program, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
Monitor and manage communications in a shared operations inbox, responding to stakeholder inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
Track and maintain field sales roster changes, including onboarding, territory updates, and terminations.
Enter, track, and report activity in systems related to sample fulfillment and inventory.
Ensure timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot order blocks, allocation concerns, and system‑related issues.
Partner cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors to improve processes and customer experience.
Maintain and support SOPs, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
Assist with customer setup and data maintenance in ERP systems.
Use reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI to monitor trends and perform performance analysis.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, operations support, or order management.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
Experience supporting processes, systems, and customer‑facing operations.
Preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Industry exposure to regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or other compliance‑driven industries.
Familiarity with compliance‑related processes, documentation, or sample/accountability programs.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle and reporting tools like Power BI.
Additional Details
High school diploma or GED required.
Hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX.
One onsite day must fall on Monday or Friday.
