We are looking for an exuberant Catering Sales Manager at Treehouse Hotels. This role will drive the financial, business, and marketing objectives for meetings, parties, and other gatherings while maximizing profit and achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies to maximize profit for catering events.
Achieve set revenue goals and support business objectives.
Engage with clients, guests, and team members to ensure excellent service.
Collaborate with marketing and financial teams to align objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury events, catering, or related field.
Post‑secondary diploma or degree preferred.
Strong leadership skills and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexible and willing to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
