Sales Representative (B2B department) Our goal is to drive sales growth across a multi-channel territory, including wholesalers, HORECA and industrial customers. The role focuses on managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers to expand the business footprint. It includes delivering distribution, sales, and category growth targets through effective territory planning and execution. The position is ideal for an ambitious sales professional eager to build a long-term career in a dynamic FMCG environment.
Key Accountabilities
Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio across multiple B2B channels, including wholesalers, HORECA accounts, industrial customers, and other professional clients
Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive sustainable growth
Lead commercial negotiations and execute customer agreements in line with company objectives
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted business partner
Ensure compliance with the company's credit policy and monitor customer receivables
Follow up on collections and support the timely settlement of customer accounts
Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer potential, and territory data to identify growth opportunities and develop effective action plans
Prepare and execute territory development plans to maximize sales, distribution, and market penetration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in economics / business administration, or any equivalent
MBA will be considered a plus.
0–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within B2B environments.
Previous experience in HORECA, Wholesale, Foodservice, Industrial, or other B2B channels will be considered an advantage.
Good command of English language
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Car driving license
Willingness to travel
