Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Counter Sales role at Bumper To Bumber, located in Boonville, MO. The Counter Sales representative will assist customers with product inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, process transactions, and support sales initiatives. Responsibilities include fostering positive customer interactions, maintaining product knowledge, managing the display of products, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs.
Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to close transactions and support sales targets.
Ability to provide Training to customers or team members on products or processes as necessary.
Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail or automotive products is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate physical tasks in a retail setting.
