Sales Team Leader at Alleviation Enterprise LLC We are looking for a high‑performing sales professional to lead our sales team in Kyle. The role requires leading in‑person and virtual sales to small and medium‑sized businesses, training new team members, and driving revenue growth.
Job Overview The Sales Team Leader will manage direct sales efforts in the assigned territory, promoting supplemental insurance products to business owners and employees. The position provides comprehensive training and offers flexible scheduling based on results.
Responsibilities
Actively participate in sales activities throughout the week.
Set and achieve sales goals while providing coaching and mentorship to new team members.
Engage with business owners, benefits managers, and employees to promote insurance products.
Deliver product presentations to groups of 50–100 people as needed.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive outreach and conversion.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with customers and sales staff.
Leadership and mentorship experience.
Strategic planning ability.
Inspirational attitude and ability to motivate a team.
Proficiency in training others effectively.
Product knowledge of supplemental insurance.
Excellent customer‑service skills.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain; study course and state licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience. Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional experience and a relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, 3‑day sales cycle).
