Position Summary Avestec is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager based in Houston, Texas to lead sales growth and market expansion across the United States.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and closing revenue-generating contracts. This position is focused on sales execution, business development, and market expansion, with a clear mandate to establish Avestec as a leading provider of robotic inspection solutions in the U.S. market.
The candidate will play a critical role in growing Avestec's U.S. operations and achieving ambitious revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical presentations to prospective customers.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop account plans for strategic customers and key industry accounts.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
Business Development
Identify and pursue opportunities with asset owners, inspection companies, EPC contractors, engineering firms, and industrial service providers.
Establish relationships with decision-makers, including Integrity Managers, Inspection Managers, Operations Managers, Reliability Engineers, and Executive Leadership.
Develop and execute customer penetration strategies for target accounts.
Identify new applications, markets, and industries for Avestec's robotic solutions.
Support the development of strategic partnerships, channel partners, and reseller relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers throughout the sales process.
Develop long-term customer relationships focused on repeat business and account growth.
Understand customer challenges and align Avestec solutions to deliver measurable value.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and business strategy.
Marketing & Industry Engagement
Represent Avestec at industry conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
Coordinate customer demonstrations, pilot projects, and technical workshops.
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns, customer success stories, and promotional activities.
Act as a professional ambassador for the Avestec brand across North America.
U.S. Market Development
Support the expansion and growth of Avestec's U.S. operations.
Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Contribute to the development and execution of Avestec's long-term U.S. growth strategy.

Qualifications Required
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Existing network within the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, industrial inspection, or asset integrity sectors.
Strong experience identifying, developing, and closing high‑value commercial opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Self‑motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently.
Tech‑savvy with experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand technical solutions, industry applications, and customer requirements.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and North America.
Preferred
Experience selling industrial services, inspection solutions, robotics, automation, drones, or technical equipment.
Knowledge of industrial inspection and asset integrity programs.
Technical, engineering, or business degree.
Existing relationships with major industrial asset owners, inspection companies, and EPC organizations.
