We're looking for a motivated, organized, and relationship-oriented Growth & Partnerships Associate to join a rapidly growing company in the wedding and events industry.
Backed by A3S1 Capital, our company is focused on creating exceptional experiences for couples, guests, event professionals, and venues. As we continue to grow, we're seeking someone who is excited to build relationships, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, customer-focused brand.
This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership, gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with customers, venues, planners, and industry partners
Manage inbound inquiries and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Support marketing campaigns, customer engagement efforts, and brand initiatives
Assist with partnership development and community outreach
Coordinate and support events, promotions, and special projects
Maintain CRM records and assist with sales and growth reporting
Collaborate across operations, marketing, and customer experience teams
Help identify and execute strategic growth opportunities
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or experience in related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Interest in marketing, events, hospitality, partnerships, customer experience, or entrepreneurship
You do not need to meet every qualification listed to apply. We value curiosity, initiative, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Why This Role Is Different This is not a traditional entry-level position.
You'll work closely with experienced entrepreneurs, operators, and investors while gaining hands‑on experience across marketing, partnerships, customer experience, business operations, and growth strategy.
