About the Role Are you a detail-oriented, quality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a
Quality Manager
to lead the execution of quality and food safety strategies while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams, partnering across functions to ensure quality systems support safe, efficient, and scalable operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
Lead end-to-end quality and food safety program execution, ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
Manage audit readiness and regulatory compliance, overseeing documentation, training, and timely resolution of findings
Lead nonconformance and corrective action processes, including root cause analysis for customer complaints and internal quality issues
Develop organizational capability by delivering training programs that build quality and food safety awareness across teams
Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of quality concerns
Maintain accurate quality systems and documentation, supporting consistency across operations and compliance requirements
Support forecasting, risk assessments, and business planning through data insights and performance analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, capital projects, and enterprise quality initiatives
Coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and operational readiness
The Essentials
5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety standards (SQF, HACCP), and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation
Optional but Impressive
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in food safety programs (SQF, Food Defense, Food Fraud)
Certifications such as SQF Practitioner, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies
