The Content Specialist owns M3’s digital presence and content across all three divisions: M3 MEP, M3 Components, and M3 Service. This role producesthe projectstories, case studies, videos, and social media content that keep M3 visible and credible in its target markets. Working collaboratively with the Marketing and Business Development team, this cross-functional role sits at the intersection of brand, business development, and digital marketing.This roleis full-time andwill report to the Marketing Manager.

We support projects frominitialconcept through long-term maintenance, with specializedexpertisein healthcare, higher education, industrial, life science, and technology markets.
Our integrated, big-picture approach allows us to self-perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, process piping, prefabrication, and MEP design. Byconsolidatingthese services under one organization, clientsbenefitfrom reduced profit layers, minimized scope gaps, and simplified project schedules—working with a single, accountable partner rather than multiple consultants and subcontractors.
Headquartered in Sacramento, California, Mark IIIoperatesthroughout California and Nevada. Ourstate-of-the-artmanufacturing facility serves as a centralized hub supporting five core trades: HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, and metal-stud framing. To support our continued growth, we will berelocatingfrom our current combined62,000 square feetof office and operational space to a new 340,000-square-foot headquarters at 2031OptisolarLane, with the move planned for completion by the end of Q2 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
Own M3’s social media presence and content calendar across all three divisions
Produce and publish content tailored to M3's audiences across all three divisions, reflecting active projects, company milestones, and market positioning
Keep M3’s websitescurrent with new project completions, team updates, and division content
AssisttheMarketingDirector in managing and executing PR and SEO/SEMstrategies and campaigns
Maintain a growing, organized asset library (project information, case studies, photographyand other assets)
Produce case studies and project stories for use across channels, including the website, social media, email, and proposal support
Own the content side of video productionincludingscripting, shot lists, and creative direction in collaboration with outsourced production vendors
Manage photography, videography, andothervendor relationships
Own the production and distribution of M3’s email and nurture campaigns across all three divisions
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in marketing content, communications, or a related field; construction, engineering, or technical industry experience a plus
Strong writing skills, with the ability to make complex technical work accessible and compelling to a non-technical audience
Strong graphic design skills with the ability to conceptualize, layout, and produce printedand digital marketing materials from start to finish
Experience managing social media and email platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Mailchimp)
Experience managing vendor relationships for creative production (photographers, videographers, or designers)
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a content calendar across multiple projects and divisions without close supervision
A collaborative working style and a high standard for quality and excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools

Salary Range $85,000 - $105,000 DOE also eligible to participate in Mark III Annual Bonus Plan
