Sales Support Representative Are you hands‑on, customer‑focused, and ready to grow your career? Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry, Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
Schedule Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities
Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
Qualifications
3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
Pay Range $19.65 - $31.41
