Position Responsibilities Route Sales Representative (RSR)
– responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products, maintaining professional appearance, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, checking delivery vehicle, keeping accurate records, reporting maintenance issues, and completing daily logs.
Requires flexible schedule; work may start around 3:00 am with days off Wednesday and Sunday. Must increase sales by expanding shelf space, displaying in-store promotions, and rotating products to maximize shelf life.
RSRs will use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth, adapt to varying customer service windows, and may need to work non‑traditional business hours. Independent and collaborative work is essential in a direct‑store‑delivery environment; prior delivery driver experience is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience
Delivery driver experience
High school diploma or GED
Essential Job Requirements
At least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record
Meet fleet insurance guidelines
Adhere to federal, state, and local CMV regulations
Complete 4‑week company‑paid RSR training
Ability to lift or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
