Support the broader transformation towards modular content and the re‑usability of components across HCP, medical, and patient pillars. Utilize advanced data analytics to assess the effectiveness of AI‑driven and interactive content, making informed decisions to enhance content relevance, engagement, and overall impact of experiences. Lead the implementation and optimization of cutting‑edge generative AI technologies for content creation across HCP & patient initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends in immersive technology and GenAI, leading initiatives to explore new applications to propel our marketing efforts forward. Collaborate with business and marketing teams to integrate AI‑driven and innovative content solutions, enhancing customer engagement, brand visibility, and market positioning. Qualifications
Experience and Skills
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting or related field is required. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, MS/PhD or equivalent preferred. Required Skillsets
In-depth understanding of omnichannel marketing and proficiency in leveraging various channels for effective customer reach and engagement. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Adobe Suite (Creative Cloud, AEM, WF), Google Analytics, Salesforce, Sitecore, Veeva, etc. Experience working across the content supply chain including creative strategy, content creation & production, review, deployment & measurement. Strong understanding of the need for taxonomy and metadata (i.e. content tagging) to ensure proper orchestration and measurement for an omnichannel experience. Experience using AI & analytics to inform a personalized content strategy for our customer audiences. Preferred Skillsets
A minimum of 1 year working at (or in close partnership) with a creative agency to drive content strategy. Proven track record in digital marketing, data analytics, and successful implementation of AI‑driven initiatives (preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to identify and address brand‑specific pain points effectively. Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. This position is based in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 15% domestic travel. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113K to $170K USD. Benefits
