Unique Builders and Development is seeking a talented and motivated Architect and Design Associate to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential remodeling and custom building projects, helping bring clients’ visions to life from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed architectural plans and 3D designs for residential projects
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget
Work alongside project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate execution
Revise plans as needed and ensure all designs meet local codes and regulations
Assist in material selections and overall design development
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in architectural design or residential remodeling
Proficiency in Chief Architect software (required)
Strong design sense with attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
