Position Responsibilities
Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
Maintenance and execution of our company programs and initiatives (racks, planograms, ordering, and merchandising activities).
Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly via phone and/or email.
Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.
Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
Ensuring planograms, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
A strong ability to manage a high volume of customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
Proven customer service skills, with a focus on problem‑solving and building lasting relationships.
Comfortable using business applications and computer systems to manage orders, data, and customer records.
Detail‑oriented in supporting sales programs and initiatives while ensuring accuracy.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
1–2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising, or sales position.
Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
Must be exceptionally organized and able to multi‑task.
Ability to travel as needed (minimum travel required).
Must be analytical and computer literate.
Must have great communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay ranging from
$25 to $30 per hour , depending on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.
