About The Position HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area. The role involves driving sales, creating buzz around HP products, demonstrating products to customers, building rapport, and maintaining professional relationships with store staff.
Day‑in‑the‑Life
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy.
Engage and build rapport with customers.
Maintain professional relationships with in‑store management and staff.
Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
Report competitive insights and sales performance.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in electronics, tech, or wireless.
Training or product‑demonstration experience a plus.
Minimum 1‑year job experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Job Description
Sell HP products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Welcome customers and offer assistance.
Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest fitting products.
Provide product and service information.
Assist customers in making selections by building confidence.
Accurately document and report sales.
Contribute to team effort and complete related tasks.
Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean and presentable.
Submit all paperwork accurately and completely.
Performance Measurements
Regular and prompt attendance.
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
Maintain customer satisfaction; low rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
