Über
Support clinicians in delivering innovative, patient-centered treatment plans. Provide exceptional customer service and compassionate patient care. Obtain and accurately document patient histories and clinical information within our electronic health record (eClinicalWorks) Assist with medical documentation, follow-up requests, and care coordination. Prepare examination and procedure rooms. Collect and process laboratory specimens, including urine samples. Assist providers with minimally invasive procedures and regenerative medicine treatments. Reinforce patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care under provider guidance. Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA and compliance standards. Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure outstanding patient experience. Assist with phone calls, prescription requests, referrals, prior authorizations, and patient communications. Utilize technology and digital tools to support both in-person and remote patient care.
Qualifications
Previous Medical Assistant experience required. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required. Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, procedural medicine, or regenerative medicine is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with electronic health records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus) Ability to learn new clinical processes and adapt to provider-specific workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Occasional overtime may be required. Compensation $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits
