This is a remote, part-time role focused primarily on outbound calling, lead generation, and customer follow-up. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone, stays organized, and knows how to manage leads inside a CRM system.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Introduce company services and qualify opportunities
Follow up consistently with leads and contacts
Track activity, notes, and pipeline updates within the CRM
Help maintain accurate customer and prospect records
Support the sales team with lead generation and outreach efforts
Qualifications
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Previous sales, recruiting, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred
