***This Engineering role can be filled at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level. Entry-Level - $87,000 Responsible for performing engineering and technical tasks, under direct supervision, in support of nuclear plant operations.
Assure all engineering products prepared are in accordance with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements. Perform engineering and technical tasks as assigned by supervision Support engineering work functions. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Entry Level E01 Engineer Bachelor&rsquos degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Bachelor&rsquos degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Bachelor&rsquos degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) with 5 years of nuclear experience or related engineering experience Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties Experience with upgrade and replacement of plant components and systems Ability to lead teams on multi-discipline projects and to perform limited multi-discipline design work (eg. mechanical, electrical, structural, controls) when needed. Experience with transformers and high voltage power electrical systems Experience with drawing reviews and revision process Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion Professional Engineer Registration
