Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts Manage high volumes of customer contacts through phone and email, focusing on outbound communication Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals Experience in high-volume calling Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
