Provides a variety of services and high‑level support for the analysis of mid‑complexity projects and the support and maintenance of affected EHR applications. Leads initiatives and projects in collaboration with other staff. Acts as a subject‑matter expert in assigned applications and expands knowledge across related applications. Develops, implements, and presents educational programs for end users. Handles mid‑complexity issues, acting as the liaison between customers and support staff to resolve problems while adhering to the service provider/customer chain of accountability. Responds promptly to customer needs and translates customer requirements into feasible application solutions. Plans and implements technology learning programs and assesses user competence during these programs. Work is performed under general supervision. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare, or a related field. Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare. Alternatively, 6 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare. Preferred: Certification in Epic applications. Schedule & Compensation
Full–time, FTE: 1. Shift: Day Rotation (United States of America). Shift start time: 8:00AM; shift end time: 4:30PM. Weekends: No; Holidays: No. No call obligation. Compensation Range: $66,539.20 – $99,819.20. Benefits
