Position Summary As a Commissioned Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers select the right flooring products for their projects while generating sales and building long-term customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys working with people and wants unlimited earning potential through commissions.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs, style preferences, and budget.
Educate customers on flooring options available.
Present product samples and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
Prepare quotes and follow up with prospects to close sales.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and investors.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets.
Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred.
Flooring, home improvement, construction, or interior design experience is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable generating leads and following up with prospects.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
